• Prior Foundation: You have engaged in “inner work”—either independently or with a therapist or mentor—and possess some understanding of your internal landscape.
• Active Transition: You are navigating the passage from chaos toward clarity but currently lack the specific tools and systemic skills required for the crossing.
• Willingness for the Abstract: You are prepared to step into the unknown to uncover the hidden mysteries of your inner world through Expressive Arts, Reflections, and Journalling.
