Expressive Arts Session – Group Setting
Join a small circle of others in a safe space to explore your inner world through creative expression.

What happens in a Group Session?
– A group session can be between 2 to 3 hours
– All material is included in your fee (for online sessions, you’ll need to arrange for the material yourself)
– You are guided into grounding exercises, art activities, movement, creative exploration, sharing in a safe environment, and lots of fun with art 🙂
– The themes for group sessions are pre-planned
– You take home all the artworks you create during sessions
– You can choose to display your art in our guest gallery
Expressive Arts Sessions – Private Setting
One-on-one sessions tailored to your needs. We use various creative tools and reflective practices to support your inner journey in a confidential setting.
Schedule: By Appointment. Please check the calendar to find available slots.
What happens in a Private Session?
– Private sessions can go between 1-3 hours, depending on your preference and need
– Basic material is provided, however, it’s recommended to get your own supplies for a regular practice and deeper exploration
– You are guided into meditations, art activities, creative exploration, reflection prompts, and deep dive into your artwork
– The nature of the session is more free-flowing and you get to choose the topics you want to explore
– You take home all the artworks you create during sessions
– You can choose to display your art in our guest gallery
– You get a summary of your journey via email after five private sessions
– You get therapeutic art exercises to do on your own
– You also get links to external resources to explore in between sessions
– After five sessions you have free entry to all the community events held in the studio
